BOBI WINE DROPPED AT HIS HOME AFTER HE WAS ARRESTED JUST AFTER HIS NOMINATION

The presidential candidate Robert Kyagulanyi alias Bobi Wine has been dropped at his home in Magere after he was arrested from Kyambogo Cricket Grounds by security operatives just after his nomination to run for president in 2021.

The musician-turned politician was violently picked from his car in Kampala moments after addressing journalists following his nomination to challenge President Museveni in the coming general election.

He was picked, bundled in a waiting van after violent scenes ensued in an exchange between security operatives and his supporters at Kyambogo and whisked to his home amid tight security.

Addressing his supporters at his home, Kyagulanyi blasted security for the cruel manner they handled him during and after the arrest.

He also blamed the Electoral Commission for not protecting him as he was being arrested shortly after nomination.

Meanwhile after Nomination as he addressed journalists, Bobi Wine also warned the electoral commission and the sitting regime over messing up the election.

Moments after his nomination yesterday Monday 2nd November 2020, President Museveni sounded a warning that whoever tries to disrupt the nomination exercise would be dealt with accordingly.
