Col. Rtd Okello P. Charles Engola M State Minister for Labour and Industrial Development has been shot dead by his body guard at his home. His body lay in a pool of blood next to his car.
It is alleged that after shooting the boss, the bodyguard shouted lack of payments before turning the gun and also shoot himself dead.
