KYAGULANYA BLASTS POLICE OVER INDISCRIMINATE ARRESTS OF HIS SUPPORTERS

editor
By editor

National Unity Platform (NUP) president Robert Kyagulanyi has criticised security agencies for what he describes as indiscriminate arrests of his supporters and those who provide services to him.
This follows a recent crackdown targeting individuals wearing military-style clothing and those who tailored these outfits.
Kyagulanyi, widely known by his stage name Bobi Wine, expressed his dismay over these actions.
The issue gained further attention with the arrest of Kyagulanyi’s close associate, Bobby, who was prominently featured on social media wearing a red outfit adorned with military-style insignia.
This arrest has fueled the debate over the legitimacy and intent behind the clothing choices of NUP supporters.
Kyagulanyi argues that the clothing in question does not resemble military gear and should not be a cause for arrest.
He insists that his supporters are being unfairly targeted for their political affiliations.
