Councilors of Kamwenge District Local government have expressed concern over uneven distribution of resources especially in the education sector.

During a council session yesterday, councilors noted that some sub counties have benefited much more than others which is unfair.

Councilors now want the vice to stop and resources be distributed equally among all the sub counties.

In response Fred Mbonigaba the secretary for social service Kamwenge District asked councilors to be patient and the issue will be rectified in subsequent financial years.

Meanwhile, the council passed a budget of 31 trillion which saw Education take 13billion.
