The Deputy Inspector General of Police (D/IGP) Paul Lokech has passed away this morning.
According to the Army spokesperson Maj Flavia Byekwaso, Lokech died today morning.
However, Byekwaso didn’t give details and the cause of the death.
Lockech is mostly know for having commanded UPDF in Somalia under AMISON and he was nicknamed the “Lion of Mogadishu”.
