The Kazo district chairperson Rev. Samuel Mugisha Katugunda has advised residents of Kazo to engage themselves in government programs especially the ones meant to eradicate poverty.
During an exclusive interview with our reporter, Rev Samwel Mugisha Katugunda gave an example of parish development model-PDM and Emyooga.
Rev. Katugunda said which are meant to eradicate poverty but unfortunately most people in the District are not fully participating in both programs.
Katugunda attributed the increased domestic conflicts to poverty since people have adamantly refused to participate in such poverty eradication programs.
He further urged couples to work and plan together if their families are to develop.
Katugunda further cautioned farmers across the district to remain vigilant following that outbreak of foot and mouth disease in the areas of Buremba.
