LGBT RIGHTS ACTIVIST SUED

The director of Rights For All (RIFOA) Dr. Joseph Muhindo has been sued for supporting and promoting homosexuality in Uganda.

According to court documents seen by our reporter, Dr. Joseph Muhindo has been summoned to file his defense within fourteen days.

It is believed that Dr. Joseph hosted foreign human rights activists whom he claims had come to partner with RIFOA (Rights For All) a human rights organization to sensitize people about how they can be helped by international laws in protecting their rights.

It is thought that this organization has done a great working in making sure that people get to know and practice their rights and Dr. Joseph says this good work is just being fought yet local people living near Queen Elizabeth National park have benefited so much especially for the human rights radio programs.

Dr. Muhindo told our reporter that he has already instructed his legal team about the law suit and is sure he will win this case since it is being maliciously created to fight the work if RIFOA.
