ORGANISE BARAZAS TO TAP PEOPLES’ IDEAS, KASHARI NORTH MP ELECT TELLS ELECTED LEADERS

Elected leaders at various levels have been called up to always organize community dialogue meetings to tap the community challenges so that they can be addressed.

This call was made by Bazil Bataringaya the Member of Parliament Elect for Kashari north in Mbarara district during celebration over his victory in the recently concluded parliamentary elections.

Bazil defeated the incumbent Wilberforce Yaguma Rutashokwa among other contestants.

Bataringaya noted that with community dialogue meetings leaders can tap people’s views and ideas for effective representation.

He noted that as elected members of parliament they have already written to the president seeking a medical school at Bwizibwera health center four and consideration for a higher institution of learning since it is now an independent district.

Celebrations were held in three sub-counties of Kashari North that is Kangogi, Kashare and Rubindi where five cows were slaughtered in each sub county.
