The NRM Flag bearer for Isingiro District chairperson race Aron Turahi has expressed fear that the voter turn up may be low in this week’s Local council elections.
He appealed to those who have been candidates in the just concluded presidential and parliamentary elections to rally their Supporters to participate in local council elections.
While speaking to our reporter, Turahi urged the losers in last week’s election to stop branding the security personnel as partisan and accept defeat to work with the winners for the development of their areas.
